How to Use Your Device

Watch the video to get started with your daily relief routine.

Quick Start Guide

Follow these simple steps to begin using your device.

  1. Charge the control unit: Plug it in using the charging cord. When the light turns solid green or blue, it’s fully charged (usually a few hours).
  2. Disconnect the cord: Important — will not work while plugged in.
  3. Attach the control unit: Snap the control unit onto the mat.
  4. Turn it on: Press and hold the center M button for 3–4 seconds. The screen will show a large green 0 when it’s powered on.
  5. Place your feet: Sit comfortably and put both feet flat on the mat with no socks. Otherwise, it may shut off automatically.
  6. Start & adjust: Press the + button to begin and raise intensity until it feels comfortable.
  7. Relax for 15 minutes: Sessions run for 15 minutes and shut off automatically. To stop sooner, press and hold the M button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Use every day. For best results, aim for two 15‑minute sessions daily—one in the morning and one later in the day.

  • M (center): Turn on/off (press & hold ~3 sec). Tap to change modes.
  • Plus (left): Starts the session and raises intensity.
  • Minus (right): Lowers intensity.
  • Turn it up to where you feel a comfortable contraction in your feet—never painful.

Start low, then press Plus until you feel the muscle gently tighten and relax. The level needed is different for everyone and depends on how severe your neuropathy is.

There’s no single “best” mode—choose what feels good to you. Try a few and stick with your favorite.

    • Massage, Activate, Pressure: Great all‑around, more relaxing.
    • Knead, Cupping, Acupoint: Stronger feel—helpful for pain, swelling, or tingling.
    • Shape, Scraping: Strongest feel—can help with numbness.

You can change modes anytime with the M button.

    Troubleshooting

    My is not working

Make sure the charging cord is unplugged. Your device will not power on while connected to the charger.

Press and hold the center M button for about 3 seconds. You should see a large green 0 appear on the display when it’s on.

If nothing appears, try charging the unit for at least 2 hours and then repeat these steps.

Increase intensity to at least level 2. Many people need to go higher before they notice pulses.

Make sure both feet are flat on the mat and you are not wearing socks. Thin dry skin may reduce sensation—try applying moisturizer an hour before use.

If you still don’t feel pulses, place your hands (no jewelry) on the mat as a test. If you feel it in your hands but not your feet, you may have foot numbness. Consistent daily use can help over time.

This is normal and can vary with hydration and skin condition. To balance it out:

    • Adjust foot position on the mat.
    • Use a moisturizer (apply at least 1 hour before use).
    • Exfoliate or gently scrub callused skin.

    Check these common issues:

    • The unit is fully charged (2 hours charge = 10–20 sessions).
    • Both feet are flat on the mat with no socks.
    • Power is set to at least level 1.
    • The charging cord is disconnected.

Use the included USB cord and wall adapter. The light turns solid green or blue when fully charged.

If charging fails, try a different USB cord or adapter (most phone chargers are compatible). If problems continue, contact us for support.

If your issue isn’t listed here, your may need service. You can request help through our replacements center or contact us directly. We’ll make it right for you.
